Healthy, sustainable weight loss has to do with why you eat and what you eat. The more you know about how to feed your body, the better it can naturally fight disease, weight gain and aging. Inflammatory foods and high glycemic foods are the major causes of weight gain and health problems. My goal with each client is to target changes in their lifestyle that will support long-term health and wellness.
I work with individuals to examine their relationship with food ... in order to create a healthy eating plan. It takes time to explore ways to make healthy eating easier by making healthier foods more accessible.
